We currently do not participate with third party insurance including any government insurance. We offer convenient affordable pricing for all patients which are often much more affordable than high deductible insurance rates. Please call our office at 502-384-6544  to inquire about our affordable direct-care rates for office visits. 

*Upon request we provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Oftentimes, patients are reimbursed at higher values for the same service for out of network physicians, however we  can not guarantee any reimbursement as that is determined by your plan.
