After spending a few years in Texas, racking up some impressive experience and awards, Rana is back in her home town, and she’s ready to offer her special brand of dermatology. Dr. May’s Impressive Works

Dr. Rana Mays M.D, FAAD, is dual-board-certified in Dermatology and Internal Medicine, though her main focus is medical and cosmetic dermatology. Not only did she grow up here in Louisville, she also went to University of Louisville school of Medicine, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, before starting her residency at the University of Louisville Hospital. If that wasn’t enough on her plate, Dr. Mays also found time during her Internal Medicine training to start a study on the effects of melanoma oncogene transcription at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center.

After completing her medical training in Louisville, Dr. Mays traveled to Texas, where she completed her medical schooling at Baylor College of Medicine. She also worked hand in hand with NASA on several studies
