We participate with most insurance plans and will submit the claim on your behalf. Please note that your bill is your responsibility whether your insurance covers your services or not. Patients are encouraged to check benefits and required referral with their insurance carrier prior to appointment. We do not guarantee coverage or in-network status.
If you do not have health insurance, we are still happy to see you. We offer a simple self-pay fee schedule available upon request.
