SAGIS DERMATOPATHOLOGY BILLING: All biopsies are sent to an independent lab for processing and interpretation by a Board Certified Dermato-pathologist. For Billing Inquiries for your pathology (biopsy) please contact Sagis directly at: 1-877- MYSAGIS or 1-877-697-2447

Insurance & Billing

We participate with most insurance plans. All patients are encouraged to check eligibility and benefits with their insurance carrier prior to appointment. We do not guarantee coverage or in-network status. If you do not have health insurance, we are still happy to see you. We offer a simple self-pay fee schedule available upon request.

* Please note: based on your insurance plan and deductible, payment for your entire visit and/or in-office procedures may be required at time of service. Photo ID and valid insurance card required at every visit.

Cosmetic & Cash pay Patients: Please be aware: We do not accept checks as method of payment. All payment is due at time of service or scheduling. (For services requiring disposable purchase/ blocked staff time full payment is required at scheduling). All cosmetic sales are final. 

NO SHOW POLICY: We love providing the luxury of same day appointments with a Board Certified Dermatologist. Some offices require credit card on file or deposit to book your appointment. We do not do this . However, in order to provide this service to you, we rely on patients respecting their appointment time.In order to reserve your appointment block and to protect our dedicated time to you, we enforce a strict NO SHOW policy for all appointments. Cancellations less than 24 hours (working days) for ANY reason are subject to a fee. We provide a courtesy text reminder of your appointment to assist with reminders, but please note it is the patients responsibility to know their appointment time and date. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Telehealth Services

Now you can receive care from the comfort of your home, office, or on the go. We understand that life gets busy, so we offer telephone visits when your unable to make it into to the office. This service is only available for established patients ONLY. Up to 3 visits per year.
